World Book Day
Children in school came dressed as a character from a book for World Book Day this year. There were so many fantastic characters and costumes!
We also asked children to bring in a photograph of themselves reading in an unusual place. We were amazed at how many children took part in this and at some of the very unusual places children have been reading in! Thank you so much to everyone who brought in a photograph and helped to be part of our display in the school hall.

We have a wide range of reading schemes which we have banded into our own system. These schemes include: Oxford ReadingTree, Oxford Literacy Web, Ginn, Cambridge, PM, Collins, Usbourne and Heinemann.
