Cawthorne Church Of England (VC) Primary School

Our Cawthorne Home School Agreement

At Cawthorne, we have a very close knit community with an inclusive, supportive ethos, which is rooted in Christian love for one another. This, when coupled with our open door policy, develops positive relationships across all members of our Cawthorne Community. We all recognise that, in order for everyone to flourish and achieve their full potential, there needs to be a positive partnership between all members of our school community: our children; our parents; our school staff; our Governors and our wider community.

As a School, our Governors and Staff have reviewed our Home School Agreement to ensure that we are all working to the very highest expectations and standards. It has been aligned to our Cawthorne Golden Rules Of Law covering the areas: Stay Safe, Show Respect and Be Ready. Also included are the areas: Personal Development and Positive Wellbeing and Communications to ensure that everyone is clear about why we are here, how we will work together and what we will do to ensure that everyone flourishes at Cawthorne.

We want everyone to harbour a sense of belonging to our school. We want everyone to thrive in their lives from the solid foundations laid during the time spent in our school. And lastly, we want everyone to reach their full potential and achieve academic excellence so that they are prepared for the next stages in their journeys.

By sending your child to Cawthorne School, you agree to comply with our home school agreement.
