What do children wear at Cawthorne?
Navy trousers, shorts, skirt, pinafore dress
Navy cardigan, jumper
White polo shirt, shirt, blouse
Navy or white socks; navy tights
Black shoes and indoor pumps
Blue gingham dresses can be worn in summer
P.E Kit: plain white or branded t-shirt, black or navy shorts, trainers.
Outdoor Winter P.E kit: t-shirt, dark jumper, dark jogging bottoms (parents will be notified when this is necessary).
The uniform at Cawthorne can be branded or plain. All that we ask is that your child's clothing adheres to the school colours outlined above and that you put your child’s name in all items so that these can be easily identified.
Branded items can be purchased from Vortex using their website www.vortexschoolwear.co.uk , with the option to either have your purchase posted to you, or you can collect from their warehouse shop at Stairfoot.
Plain items can be purchased from any supermarket or stockist.
Our School Parents' Association (PA) also hold a regular preloved uniform stall throughout the school year where various items of uniform in different sizes is available for a small donation.
